During your stay at the retreat you are encouraged to join in twice daily exercise sessions. Harmonizing the meridians and circulatory systems (blood, lymph and chi) greatly enhances the body’s ability to detox. Yoga stretching and breathing techniques complement this process. These exercises produce an overall sense of balance and well-being to help your whole cleansing experience be more enjoyable and rewarding.
