Golden Rock Retreat’s FAR Infra Red Sauna is a wooden cubical that you sit in for your treatments. The sauna has panels that produce heat from Infra Red waves. This heat has a deeply penetrating effect and helps with blood circulation and the release of waste products and toxins deep within the tissue layers. It also helps with the breakdown of bacteria and viruses, and may inhibit cancer cell production.
Sessions last around 15-20 minutes each, however in some cases, clients may have two 15-20-minute sessions.
