Designing a programme to suit you will begin as you make your first enquiries . If you live in the Uk , we recommend you make an appointment for a consultation either by phone or in person .You may have your blood analysed to give us a clear picture of where your needs lie. Either before, or on arrival we ask that you fill out a detailed questionnaire with as much honesty and openness as you are able as this will also allow us to fine tune your programme further.
