We place the clients well being at the very fore. It is for this reason that all programs may be altered at the Retreat Manager’s discretion. Although we will try to accommodate a clients wishes, we do not automatically refund or automatically exchange a treatment for guests if they choose not to have a treatment, or if their health requires them not to have it.

Therapies and treatments in the programs
At The Retreat Bali we have an array of therapies that will be directly involved in your cleansing program. Some of the therapies are involved in supporting your needs during the program. Some of the therapies act on the physical level, whilst some support the more emotional, mental and spiritual aspects of your treatment.

Nutritional
Your specific nutritional needs will be determined by your consultation. Therefore there maybe some foods you may need to avoid. Many of you will be fasting.
However, if there is a specific requirement due your present condition please let us know so we can tell our chiefs to accommodate your needs.
Generally the diet at The Retreat Bali will consist of:

IR Sauna
The FAR Infra Red Sauna is a wooden cubical that you sit in for treatment. The IR sauna has panels that produce heat from Infra Red waves.
The heat has a deeply penetrating effect and helps release waste products and toxins deep within the tissue layers and blood circulation.
It will also help with the breakdown of bacteria and viruses, and contribute to inhibit cancer cell production.
The session will normally take 15-20 minutes and with some clients they may have two 15-20-minute sessions.
Whilst having the sauna medical grade oxygen will be given to promote general well being.
Herbal Steam Sauna
The herbal steam sauna is one the most relaxing treatments at The Retreat Bali. The steam sauna is another great way to help the body extract toxins and unwanted products through the skin.
The herbal steam sauna has a selection of very powerful herbs and essential oils native to Bali and the regions of Indonesia.
All of these will contribute to help put you in a relaxed state and is a great way of ending the day that can be shared by everyone at the retreat.
Ozone Therapy
Uses medical grade ozone (03) gas, which is immediately converted into a ’super-enriched oxygen’ by the conversion of lipids in the body.
A fresh reservoir of ’super-enriched’ oxygen is now available at a cellular level, allowing the bodies own natural process to heal itself.
Ozone Therapy is used to kill bacterial and viral conditions, reduce and inhibit cancer cell production. It improves all metabolic processes involved in eliminating toxins, increases energy, stamina and general well being.
Your treatment frequency will be determined by your consultation.
Oxygen Therapy
Medical grade oxygen is provided during the Infra Red Sauna treatment. It provides relief from fatigue during the sauna and helps clear the head and oxygenate the blood.
Bio-Magnetic Resonance
Uses subtle pulsing magnetic fields that interact with the energy field of the body. A mat that contains a series of coils produces the magnetic fields that can be increased in strength, frequency and time period.
The magnetic fields are programmed to realign the body’s energy field back into balance. Re-organising the bodies’ subtle energy fields is the equivalent of defragging the heard drive on a computer. Chi Kung and meditation are excellent ways of achieving this but the Bio Magnetic Mat is an effortless alternative and offers great downtime too!
Massage
The Retreat Bali is able to provide relaxing massing and help aid loosening muscle tension and stress related muscle knots, aches and pains.
Trampoline
Is used to exercise the body and help improve blood circulation. When you jump up down over a period of 20 minutes it helps stimulate lymphatic circulation. This treatment is synchronised with the Infra Red Sauna.
Before and after each Infra Red Sauna session jumping on the trampoline will help sweat more toxins out of the body.
Enemas
These are normally used after the liver flush has been completed and at regular intervals thereafter. We usually use two rounds of two litres which is gently massaged around the colon to dislodge and remove toxic waste that has been loosened during the cleanse.
When done carefully and patiently its a very deep and rewarding therapy. It takes more participation than Colonic irrigation but can give tremendous results if the massage sequence is followed thoroughly.
Infusions
After your enema you may be offered a range of therapeutic infusions to facilitate you’re cleansing of healing process. Infusions range from high dose pH balanced Vitamin C to probiotics to even the White Powder Gold.
