Nestled in a remote spot on the north east tip of Bali, The Golden Rock Retreat is an exquisite and innovative detox and healing centre that provides our guests with a unique opportunity to take part in our carefully prepared health programs, whilst experiencing the peace and tranquility of  local Balinese life.

The Golden Rock is somewhere you can relax and unwind in a beautiful, private, supportive, healing environment and allow yourself to let go of anything that stands in the way of your optimum health and happiness. Everything we encourage you to do here is designed to deeply cleanse your body, restore balance to your blood and nervous system and re-energize your entire being.

Our purpose built centre and programs have been carefully created with an emphasis on Feng Shui, Nutrition, Fasting, Yoga, and Meditation. Our full spectrum healing process aims to uplift you, physically, mentally and spiritually. Our programs integrate deep internal cleansing with modern energetic and physical healing techniques. We combine modern equipment with ancient and traditional therapies, and use yoga, meditation and chi gung to integrate the entire process.

During your stay, you will be looked after by our very caring staff who are all either local or from Indonesia. You will be encouraged to take responsibility for your well being, taking time to unwind and enjoy the unique privacy and peace that suffuses this beautiful healing environment.

Our centre is fully integrated with the local community, supporting and preserving the Balinese customs, and giving our guests the opportunity to experience a way of life steeped in tradition and history: be it a sunrise trip with the local fisherman, visiting or joining in with the ceremonies of our local village or scuba diving with the locally run dive operations.
